Refund and Returns Policy

At Hose Network, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions under which returns or exchanges are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, faulty or incorrect on arrival.
  • All items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases; however, exchanges may be possible (see Section 5).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Please contact us by email at orders@hosenetwork.com.au, or through our contact form, before returning any items.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on the return process.

3. Return Shipping

  • For faulty or incorrect items, Hose Network will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If an item was ordered incorrectly by the customer, a 20% restocking fee applies and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

4. Refunds and Replacements

  • If an item is determined to be damaged, faulty or not as described:
    • We will arrange a replacement item, provided the original item is returned to us.
    • Where the item is still usable but damaged, we may offer a partial refund and allow you to keep the item.
  • Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
  • For warranty-related claims, we will liaise directly with you to resolve the issue and take appropriate action.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for change-of-mind purchases are allowed, provided that:
    • You cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
    • The items still meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.

6. Important Notes

  • Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Hose Network reserves the right to inspect all returned items to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
